MEET AND GREET
During your free 15-minute consultation, if you decide to move forward with our services, we can schedule a convenient date and time for us to meet.
Our complimentary meet-and-greet is a mandatory step in our canine care process.
This session is designed to create a personalised plan for your dog's care, addressing any specific needs or preferences.
GUARANTEED HOURS
We guarantee dedicated care for your dog between 6:00 pm and 8:00 am, unless otherwise discussed.
While we spend a majority of time at home during the day, there might be 1-2 consultations that we need to attend to. Rest assured, we aim to minimise any alone time for your dog, ensuring they receive consistent care and attention.
If your dog tends to experience separation anxiety, please let us know in advance. We'll tailor our canine care approach to address this concern, taking extra measures to provide comfort, engage in interactive activities, and create a reassuring environment. This ensures we minimise stress and make the experience as positive as possible for your dog.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in time: 6.00 pm
Check-out time: 8.00 am
If you prefer an earlier arrival or later check-out, we offer flexibility for an additional fee of $50, which will be added to your final invoice.
We strive to accommodate your schedule and ensure a seamless experience for you and your dog.
PHOTO UPDATES + FACETIME
We offer both photo updates and FaceTime sessions as part of our canine care services.
We understand the importance of keeping you connected and aim to make your canine care experience as personalised and reassuring as possible.
CANINE MEDICATION
Yes, we can administer medications as part of our canine care services.
Please provide detailed instructions, including dosage, administration method, and any special considerations.
Unfortunately, we do not administer subcutaneous, intramuscular or intravenous injections.
ADDITIONAL HOME CARE
In addition to canine care, we offer various home care services. This can include tasks like watering plants, bringing in the mail, adjusting lights, and ensuring the overall security of your home.
Let us know your specific preferences, and we'll customise our services to meet both your dog's and home's needs during your absence.
P.S. For a fee of $25 (excluding the price of the food), we offer the convenience of collecting basic food items, including milk, bread, and more, to ensure you have essentials upon your return. PAYMENT
To secure your selected dates, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The outstanding payment is due on the last day of service. We offer convenient payment options, including card, cash, or online invoicing, ensuring a hassle-free and flexible payment process for our clients.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Furthermore, we provide flexibility with payment options, including AfterPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
